Overview

The candidate will be responsible for the overview of Search Engine Optimization for multiple clients. Taking a strategic role the candidates existing skills and experience will help to guide their team to deliver industry leading service to our high value clients. They will represent Ayima in a senior capacity both to clients and at wider industry at events. The candidate will ensure Ayima continues to evolve and grow through encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior point of contact for multiple client accounts, answer technical queries, manage disputes and reach resolutions

  • Lead pitches, kick off meetings and drive strategies

  • Speak at Conferences

  • Design training and workshops

  • Manage Junior team members and provider mentorship and training
  • Developing integrated multi – channel content, technical and off page strategies

  • Developing new Outreach methods

  • Penalty Recovery planning

  • Team management, to include reviews and appraisals, interviews and recruitment

  • Develop new methods of analysis (new ways of visualizing data)

  • Business Development (new revenue streams) and Internal tool development (concept, design and project management)

Experience

  • Experience working in-house or agency side

  • Proven commercial SEO success

  • Technical knowledge

  • Confident in knowledge, delivery and client communication
